It took a little while, but I finally make the effort to write out an explanation for Frankenlog. Great Job Brian. Like the original Bullet Journal, it takes longer to explain that it does to understand by doing it!
I am enjoying using the Frankenlog, which I have tweaked in my first draft, giving me a little more space for each day “cell” and as a consequence has created a week “cell” with space for 20 weekly activities. I think I shall allocate the first of those slots to the week number, and six to three weekly sessions each of running and three of resistance training.
I hope you can collate all the tweaks others adopt somewhere in your blog. I will “swipe” any that fit in with the my new maxim “functionality without complexity”
